The impetus for launching this blog is a strong sense of crisis regarding a change happening in sports club studios: the drastic reduction in original dance lessons.

The primary reason for the decline in original dance is [decreased audience attendance]. Filling this void is the rise of "pre-choreography dance," which boasts championship-level attendance rates.

We are now in an era where "switching from original to pre-choreography instruction is more profitable."

I want to change this situation! I want to convey the strength of original dance!

This is why I, with 30 years of instruction experience, am taking a stand again.

💡 Why MITSURU Won't Give Up on Original Dance

While pre-choreography is a fantastic program, original dance holds an irreplaceable role for both the instructor and the client.

1. Meeting the Diverse Needs of Clients

  • "I want to try the dance I saw on YouTube!"

  • "I want to dance more at my own pace and take my time!"

Only customized original dance can respond to clients' diverse demands of "I want to do that!"

2. Protecting the Dance Instructor's [Creativity]

If we only move as instructed, the instructor's own growth will stagnate. Isn't the joy of creating new movements—originality—the true essence of being a dance instructor?

I will continue to assert that original dance unquestionably possesses a crucial role and value distinct from pre-choreography dance.

Mein Name ist Mitsuru Ishino, Jahrgang 1972, ein Tanzlehrer wohnhaft in Japan.

Dieses Jahr feiere ich mein 30-jähriges Jubiläum als Tanzlehrer.

Bis Ende 30 unterrichtete ich hauptsächlich Street Dance, verlagerte dann aber meinen Schwerpunkt auf Sportvereine. Ich widme mich mit besonderer Leidenschaft der Anleitung älterer Menschen, die Tanzen für ihren zweiten Lebensabschnitt gewählt haben.

Sehschwäche, keine Sprünge möglich, Schwierigkeiten beim Drehen...

Kunden, die trotz verschiedener Handicaps teilnehmen, weil sie "Tanzen lieben."

Das Lächeln dieser Menschen ist meine Motivation als Lehrer.

🚨 Warum ich jetzt einen Blog gestartet habe (MITSURUs Krisenbewusstsein)

Der Anstoß für diesen Blog war ein starkes Krisengefühl angesichts einer Veränderung in den Studios der Sportvereine: nämlich der drastischen Reduzierung von Original-Tanzkursen.

Der Hauptgrund für den Rückgang der Original-Tänze ist [die sinkende Teilnehmerzahl]. Die Lücke wird gefüllt durch den Aufstieg des "Pre-Choreography Dance," der eine meisterliche Teilnehmerquote aufweist.

Wir leben heute in einer Zeit, in der "man mehr verdient, wenn man von Original auf Pre-Choreography umsteigt."

Ich möchte diese Situation ändern! Ich möchte die Stärken des Original Dance vermitteln!

Das ist der Grund, warum ich, mit 30 Jahren Lehrerfahrung, wieder aufstehe.

💡 Warum MITSURU den Original Dance nicht aufgibt

Obwohl Pre-Choreography ein großartiges Programm ist, hat Original Dance eine unersetzliche Rolle für sowohl den Lehrer als auch die Kunden.

1. Auf die vielfältigen Bedürfnisse der Kunden eingehen

  • "Ich möchte den Tanz machen, den ich auf YouTube gesehen habe!"

  • "Ich möchte mehr in meinem eigenen Tempo und in Ruhe tanzen!"

Nur der anpassbare Original Dance kann auf die vielfältigen Wünsche der Kunden nach "Ich will das machen!" eingehen.

2. Die [Kreativität] des Tanzlehrers schützen

Wenn man sich nur nach Anweisung bewegt, stagniert die eigene Entwicklung als Lehrer. Ist nicht die Freude an der Schaffung neuer Bewegungen, die Originalität, der eigentliche Reiz des Berufs als Tanzlehrer?

Ich werde weiterhin darauf bestehen, dass Original Dance eine wichtige Rolle und einen Wert besitzt, der sich vom Pre-Choreography Dance unterscheidet.

Das Ziel dieses Blogs ist es, eine Plattform zu bieten, um sich mit Tanzlehrerkollegen weltweit zu vernetzen, Informationen auszutauschen und Wege zu finden, wie wir reich und isolationsfrei überleben können.
